- Design and implementation of the periodic management reporting and forecasting process, the year-end closing process and consolidation of financial statements.

- Communication with global investment funds supporting environmental projects that fund SunRoof. Regular financial and ESG reporting to shareholders.

2. CFO of ASEE Group, Management Board Member
- Head of the Group's international finance team, responsible for the legal and administrative function (direct reports: 16, team: approx. 100 people).
- Participation in the development and implementation of the ASEE Group's business strategy, supporting management decisions through financial analysis and planning.
- Preparation of quarterly separate and consolidated financial statements (IFRS). Cooperation with the auditor.
- Participation in the design of the management reporting system, implementation of software: Tagetik (CPM - Corporate Performance Management) and QlikView (data analysis).
- Coordination of acquisitions, responsibility for the financial and tax aspects of acquisitions and for the integration of acquired companies into the ASEE Group. Execution of several acquisitions in the Balkans, Central Europe, and Spain.
- Responsibility for investor relations. Ongoing contacts with capital market participants, quarterly earnings meetings for investors and media, investor conferences.

- Member of the Board of Directors responsible for finance of the international part of the Asseco Group.
- Involved in acquisitions by the Asseco Group, including Formula Systems (Israel, USD 140m), Terminal Systems (Spain), and Necomplus (Spain). Responsible for financial and tax due diligence and the acquisition closing and clearing process.
- Ownership oversight of the Asseco Group's overseas assets. In this role:
- Chairman of the Board of Directors of Formula Systems (Israel, company listed on Nasdaq and TASE)
- Member of the Supervisory Board of Matrix42 (Germany)
- Member of the Management Board of Asseco South Western Europe (holding company managing Asseco's operations in Spain).
- Participation in the project aimed at listing Asseco Poland on Nasdaq.

- Overseeing the finances of the SPVs in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Budgeting, reporting, cash flow monitoring and tax planning. Quarterly reporting to Luxembourg funds for the US parent company (US GAAP).
- Participation in real estate acquisitions and disposals with a total value of EUR 300m.
- Participation in the implementation of the IT solution Yardi supporting financial management and reporting for real estate projects.
