("Central SecuritiesDepository of Poland", "KDPW") on 25 April 2019 to register 7,000 (seventhousand) series B ordinary bearer shares of GPW with a nominal value ofPLN 1.00 (one zloty) per share in KDPW and to have them marked with thecode PLGPW0000017.The shares will be registered subject to theirintroduction to trading on the regulated market, to which other sharesof the Company marked with the code PLGPW0000017 have previously beenintroduced.The shares will be registered in KDPW within three daysafter KDPW's receipt of a decision introducing the shares to trading onthe regulated market, to which other shares of the Company marked withthe same code have previously been introduced, but not earlier than thedate set in the decision as the date of introduction of the shares totrading on the regulated market.Information about theregistration of the Company's shares under the code PLGPW0000017 will beannounced in the form of a current report after receiving KDPW'scommuniqué.Legal basis: § 17.1.(1) of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationprovided by issuers of securities and on conditions under whichinformation required by legal regulations of a third country may berecognised as equivalent.
