The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") informs that due to an obvious mistaketo the Current Report No. 44/2017 of 4 October 2017 on the courtregistration of amendments to the Articles of Association of the WarsawStock Exchange an incomplete document was attached, only indicating thescope of changes to the GPW Articles of Association and not includingthe consolidated text of the Articles of Association.The appropriatedocument containing both the scope of changes to GPW Articles ofAssociation and the consolidated text of the Articles of Association isattached to this current report.Legal basis:§6(2) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditionsunder which information required by legal regulations of a third countrymay be recognised as equivalent.
