Additionally, the amendments hasclarified the scope of the GPW Management Board activity with regard toall activities not vested in the General Meeting or the Exchange'sSupervisory Board and the way of adoption of the GPW Management BoardResolutions.Legal basis:§ 38.1(2) of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich information required by legal regulations of a third country maybe recognised as equivalent.
