OGM resolved to allocatethe amount of PLN 125,916,000.00 (in words: one hundred twenty-fivemillion nine hundred sixteen thousand zloty). The dividend payout ratiowill be 79.92% of the consolidated profit.The dividend per shareis PLN 3.00 (in words: three zloty). The number of shares covered by thedividend is 41,972,000.Simultaneously, GPW OGM set the dividendrecord date for 24 July 2024 and the dividend payment date for 7 August2024.Legal basis: § 19.2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided byissuers of securities and on conditions under which information requiredby legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
