Report Content Current Report No. 32/2024Date: 27 November 2024Topic:GPW Supervisory Board's approval of the GPW Group's Strategic Directionsof Development 2025-2027 and disclosure of delayed inside informationLegalbasis: Article 17(1) MAR - inside informationContent:TheManagement Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company","Exchange") announces that on 27 November 2024 the GPW Supervisory Boardhas approved the GPW Group's Strategic Directions of Development2025-2027.GPW Group's financial ambitions to 2027:-Revenue CAGR +6-8% (in 2024 - 2027)- Operating expenses CAGR +4-6%(in 2024 - 2027)- EBITDA CAGR +8-12% (in 2024 - 2027)-Cost/Income approx. 65% in 2027- ROE approx. 18% in 2027Withinthe time horizon to 2027, the Company plans to continue its dividendpolicy with the ambition of increasing dividends. It is the GPWManagement Board's intention to recommend to the General Meetingdividend payments at 60-80% of the consolidated net profit of the GPWGroup for each financial year.The key assumptions of the GPWGroup's Strategic Directions of Development 2025-2027, includingbusiness objectives and financial ambitions, are described in thepresentation attached to this report.The Company makes thereservation that the financial ambitions and assumptions are not aforecast or estimate of performance, including financial performance,but refer only to the intended directions in 2025-2027.Furthermore,the Management Board of the Company announces that, acting pursuant toArticle 17(1), (4) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council on market abuse and repealing Directive2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and CommissionDirectives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, it has decided on 26November 2024 to delay the public disclosure of inside informationconcerning the approval by the GPW Management Board of the GPW Group'sStrategic Directions of Development 2025-2027.Legal basis:Article 17(1), (4) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (marketabuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC,2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Official Journal L 173) ("MAR").
