In reference to Current Report No. 4/2025 of 11 March 2025 and CurrentReport No. 5/2025 of

11 March 2025, the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("Exchange", "GPW", "Company")informs that today Company has received decisions of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority ("KNF") approving changes on theExchange Management Board concerning:

- the recalling of Ms Monika Gorgoń, member of the GPW Management Board,from the Exchange Management Board;

- the appointment of Ms Dominika Niewiadomska-Siniecka as the Member ofthe Exchange Management Board responsible for the legal and regulatoryarea.

KNF decisions are final and enforceable.
