PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Waldemar has extensive experience including advising the Ministry of the Treasury on the sale of companies, public market transactions for a number of investors and companies on capital raising, block sales and public tender offers. He was the main founder of the private, independent brokerage house ProCapital SA, which was acquired by Deutsche Bank in 1999. For nearly 20 years, he was responsible for the operations of DB Securities SA Brokerage House in the Central European markets (Warsaw, Budapest, Prague). From 2001 to 2002, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and from 2022 to 2024 (until 29 February), a member of of the Supervisory Board of Noble Securities SA.

Organiser of the annual Capital Market Conference, which has become one of the most important events in Poland dedicated to the development of the capital market with the participation of leading representatives of public administration, supervisors, investors, issuers, brokerage houses and banks. Initiator of the development of the Government Strategy for the Development of the Capital Market in Poland.
