Report Content Current Report No. 20/2024Date: 27 June 2024Topic: Appointmentof a Members of the Supervisory Board for a new cadenceLegal basis:Article 56.1(2) of the Offering Act - current and periodic informationContent:TheWarsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company", "Exchange") informs that theOrdinary General Meeting of the GPW on 27 June 2024 appointed thefollowing persons to the Exchange Supervisory Board for a new cadence:-Mr Paweł Homiński,- Mr Waldemar Markiewicz,- Mr PiotrPrażmo,- Mr Wiesław Rozłucki,- Ms MałgorzataRusewicz,- Ms Iwona Sroka,- Ms Katarzyna Szwarc.Newjoint term of the Exchange Supervisory Board starts on the day followingthe date of this Annual General Meeting.The Company provides theCV of new appointed Supervisory Board members as the attachment.Accordingto the statements provided by the new appointed Supervisory Boardmembers, they do not perform in any form any activities competitive tothe GPW, they are not engaged in a competitive companies as partners ina partnership or civil law partnership or members of authorities of ajoint stock company, and they are not engaged in any other competitivelegal entity as members of its authority. Furthermore, according to thestatements of the newly appointed members of the Exchange SupervisoryBoard, they do not have records in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsoperating under the Act on the National Court Register.Legalbasis: § 5 (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which information required by legalregulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
