The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Exchange") announces that on 12 July2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution("Resolution") dismissing from the Exchange Management Board Ms IzabelaOlszewska, member of the GPW Management Board.

The Resolution come into force on the date of delivery to GPW of thedecision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approving thechange in the composition of the Exchange Management Board under theResolution.

The Resolution of the Company's Supervisory Board is attached to thisreport.
