Current Report No. 20/2022Date: 26 July 2022Legal basis:Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodicinformationTopic: Polish Financial Supervision Authorityapproval of a change on the GPW Management BoardContent:Inreference to Current Report No. 19/2022 of 1 July 2022, the Warsaw StockExchange ("Exchange", "GPW", "Company") informs that today it has becomeaware that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority ("KNF") approvedthe change on the Exchange Management Board concerning the appointmentof Mr Adam Młodkowski as the Member of the Exchange Management Board,responsible for managing the financial actions.Furthermore, GPWannounces that declarations have been delivered today to the KNF to theeffect that the Exchange waives the right to request the re-examinationof the case, which makes the decisions of KNF approving the change tothe Exchange Management Board final.Legal basis:§ 5 (5) ofthe Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on currentand periodic information provided by issuers of securities and onconditions under which information required by legal regulations of athird country may be recognised as equivalent.
