Current Report No. 23/2017Date: 14 March 2017Legal basis:Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodicinformationTopic: Delivery of the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority approval of changes on the GPW Management BoardContent:Inreference to Current Report No. 22/2017 of 14 March 2017 the WarsawStock Exchange ("Exchange", "GPW", "Company") informs that today it hasreceived the decisions of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority onapproval two changes on the Exchange Management Board:- on theappointment of Mr Jacek Fotek to the to the position of the VicePresident of the Exchange Management Board- and on the recalling ofMs Małgorzata Zaleska, President of the Exchange Management Board, fromthe GPW Management Board.Thereby, the requirements under the:-Resolution No. 66/1485/2016 of the GPW Supervisory Board dated 16December 2016, concerning the appointment of Mr Jacek Fotek as the VicePresident of the GPW Management Board- and Resolution No. 3 of GPWExtraordinary General Meeting of 4 January 2017 concerning the recallingof Ms Małgorzata Zaleska, GPW Management Board President, from theExchange Management Boardwere fulfilled and both resolutions enterinto force today.Legal basis: § 5.1(22) of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich information required by legal regulations of a third country maybe recognised as equivalent.
