Current Report No. 35/2017Date: 19 June 2017Topic: Changes inthe composition of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory BoardLegalbasis: Article 56.1(2) of the Offering Act - current and periodicinformationContent:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company","Exchange") informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the GPW on 19June 2017 dismissed the following members of the Warsaw Stock ExchangeSupervisory Board from its composition:• Mr Wojciech Nagel,•Mr Jaroslaw Grzywinski,• Mr Grzegorz Kowalczyk,• Mr MarekDietl• Mr Marek Kowlaczyk• Mr Eugeniusz SzumiejkoThen,the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company appointed the followingpersons to the Exchange Supervisory Board for a new cadence starting on19 June 2017:• Mr Filip Paszke,• Mr Piotr Prażmo•Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk,• Mr Bogusław Bartczak,• MrJakub Modrzejewski,• Mr Wojciech Nagel,• Mr EugeniuszSzumiejkoThe Company provides the CV of new appointedSupervisory Board members as the attachment.According to thestatements provided by: Mr Filip Paszke, Mr Piotr Prażmo, Mr KrzysztofKaczmarczyk, Mr Bogusław Bartczak, Mr Jakub Modrzejewski, Mr WojciechNagel and Mr Eugeniusz Szumiejko they do not perform in any form anyactivities competitive to the GPW, they are not engaged in a competitivecompanies as partners in a partnership or civil law partnership ormembers of authorities of a joint stock company, and they are notengaged in any other competitive legal entity as members of itsauthority. Furthermore, according to the statements of the newlyappointed members of the Exchange Supervisory Board, they do not haverecords in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act onthe National Court Register.Legal basis: § 5.1 (21, 22) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditionsunder which information required by legal regulations of a third countrymay be recognised as equivalent.
