The Resolutiondid not come into force due to the lack of decision of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority on its consent for the change on the GPWManagement Board, which was a condition of entry into force of thisResolution.Legal basis: § 5.1 (21) of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich information required by legal regulations of a third country maybe recognised as equivalent.
