Current Report No. 13/2016Date: 19 April 2016Legal basis:Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodicinformationTopic: Polish Financial Supervision Authority approval ofchange on the Management Board of the ExchangeContent:Inreference to Current Report No. 11/2016 of 16 March 2016, the WarsawStock Exchange ("Exchange", "GPW", "Company") informs that today it hasbecome aware that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority at itsmeeting on 19 April 2016 approved change on the Exchange ManagementBoard on the appointment of Mr Paweł Dziekoński as a Vicepresident ofthe GPW Management Board.Furthermore, the GPW informs that thechange on the Exchange Management Board will take effect as of the dateof delivery of the relevant decision of the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority to the Company.Legal basis: § 5.1(22) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditionsunder which information required by legal regulations of a third countrymay be recognised as equivalent.
