Current Report No. 26/2016Date: 22 June 2016Topic: Changes inthe composition of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory BoardLegalbasis: Article 56.1(2) of the Offering Act - current and periodicinformationContent:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company","Exchange") informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the GPW on 22June 2016 recalled Mr. Wojciech Nagel from the Supervisory Board of theWarsaw Stock Exchange.Simultaneously the Ordinary General Meeting ofthe Company appointed Mr. Jarosław Dominiak and Mr. Marek Dietl to theExchange Supervisory Board.The Company provides the CV of both newlyappointed Supervisory Board Members as the attachment.According tothe statement provided by Mr. Marek Dietl he does not perform in anyform any activities competitive to the GPW, he is not engaged in acompetitive company as partner in a partnership or civil law partnershipor members of an authority of a joint stock company, and he is notengaged in any other competitive legal entity as member of itsauthority. Furthermore, Mr. Marek Dietl does not have a record in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act on the NationalCourt Register.The Company will disclose information about theappointed GPW Supervisory Board Member, Mr. Jarosław Dominiak, asrequired by law in a current report to be published at a later date.Legalbasis: § 5.1 (21, 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which information required by legalregulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
