Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 05, 2024 inter-alia, to consider, evaluate and approve proposal to raise funds by issue of equity shares or other securities including through preferential issue, qualified institutional placement, rights issue, or through any other permissible mode or a combination thereof, subject to such statutory/ regulatory approvals as may be required, including approval of shareholders of the Company, as applicable.

In furtherance to our intimation dated June 26, 2024, the trading window of the Company is already closed with the effect from Monday, July 01, 2024 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 in terms of the Company’s “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
