Subject: Intimation of sad demise of Shri Dwarika Prasad Tantia, Non-Executive Chairman and Promoter of the Company under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we regret to inform you that the Company was intimated today i.e., Monday, August 18, 2025, about the sad demise of Shri Dwarika Prasad Tantia (DIN:00001341) on August 17, 2025 who was the NonExecutive Chairman and one of Promoter of the Company holding 26,00,000 shares of the Company.

Shri Dwarika Prasad Tantia was the Promoter and Chairman of the Company and the GPT Group, whose leadership, vision and unwavering commitment shaped our foundation and progress. He was a true karmyogi and samaj sevak. He led the Group with integrity, wisdom and a deep sense of purpose while adhering to the highest corporate governance standards. He provided visionary leadership, guiding the cts, and CSR initiatives. His contributions extended far beyond his strategic leadership. He inspired excellence, fostered unity and guided the Company through challenges with strength and humility. He also served as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Ghana in Kolkata, reflecting his dedication to fostering international relations.

Shri and all the directors and employees of the Company express their deep condolences and extend their heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family. We assure our customers, employees and all stakeholders that our operations and prospects remain unchanged as we honor his legacy. We are committed to upholding his legacy by advancing our mission and values he instilled in the Company.

The information required pursuant to Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is provided in Annexure-A of this letter
