Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 at the Registered Office of the Company, inter-alia, to consider and approve following matters: -

1. the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon of the Company for the 4[th] quarter (Q4) and year ended on March 31, 2024.

2. declaration of third Interim dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24, if any, on the equity share capital of the company.

3. consideration of Bonus Issue of Shares.

Further, in continuation of our letter dated March 28, 2024, regarding closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities will continue to remain closed till May 19, 2024 (until expiry of 48 hours after the un-published price sensitive information are submitted to the Stock Exchanges) in terms of the Company’s “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading”
