Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 , inter alia, to consider and approve amongst others: -

the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon of the Company for the 2[nd] quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2024;

the declaration of Interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any, on the equity share capital of the company.
Further, in continuation of our letter dated September 27, 2024, regarding closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities will continue to remain closed till November 14, 2024 (until expiry of 48 hours after the un-published price sensitive information are submitted to the Stock Exchanges) in terms of the Company’s “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading”
