নিজস্ব প্রতিবেদন, কৃষ্ণগঞ্জ: ভূয়ো আইএএস ও ভয়ো সিবিআই অফিসার কাণ্ডের রেশ কাটতে না কাটতে এবার সরকারি নাম ভাঁড়িয়ে ভয়ো কর্মী নিয়ে রমরমিয়ে অফিস চালানোর অভিযোগ উঠল নদিয়ার কষ্ণগঞ্জ বকের মখা খাদা দপ্যর বা রেশন বণ্টনকারী অফিসের বিরুদ্ধে। যার ফলে এই সব ভূয়ো অফিস কর্মীদের কাছে রেশন কার্ড সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় কাজ করাতে এসে

গ্রাহকদের কাছ থেকে। অভিযোগ. এসে বেশন সংক্রান্ত প্রযোজনীয কষ্ণগঞ্জ ব্রক রেশন বণ্টনকারী এই কাজ করতে না পেরে কার্যত খাদ্য দপ্তরটি দীর্ঘদিন যাবৎ তিন জন বছরের পর বছর একইভাবে বঞ্চিত বেনামী কর্মী নিয়ে অফিসের কাজ হচ্ছেন। যদিও পঞ্চায়েত সমিতি চালিয়ে যাচ্ছেন একজন ইনস্পেক্টর মারফত ওই অফিসে কোনও অস্থায়ী কৰ্মী নিয়োগ করা হয়নি পদাধিকারী অফিসার। সপ্তাহে বেশিরভাগ দিন ওই অফিসার বলে বিষয়টি কার্যত এড়িয়ে গিয়ে অনপস্থিত থাকেন বলেও জানা যায়। সম্পূর্ণ দায়ভার খাদ্য দপ্তরের যার ফলে স্বাভাবিকভাবেই দর-দরান্ত ভারপ্রাপ্ত আধিকারিকের ওপর থেকে আসা সাধারণ খেটে খাওয়া চাপালেন কৃষ্ণগঞ্জ পঞ্চায়েত গরিব মানুষ এই খাদ্য দপ্তর অফিসে সমিতির সভাপতি অশোক

বিজেপি করার অপরাধে কাঁকসায় তাণ্ডব চালাল তৃণমূল আশ্রিত দুষ্কতীর দল, আহত ২ সৃজিত ভট্টাচাৰ্য ● কাঁকসা

বিজেপি করাটা ছিল অপরাধ, আর সেই অপরাধে এক পরিবারের ওপর হামলার অভিযোগ তৃণমূল আশ্রিত দুষ্কৃতীদের দিকে। এই ঘটনার জেরে ব্যাপক উত্তেজনা ছড়িয়ে পড়ল কাঁকসার বাঁশকোপার ঘোষ পাড়ায়। দুষ্কৃতীদের তাণ্ডবে পরিবারের দুই সদস্য দুর্গাপুর মহকুমা হাসপাতালে ভর্তি। আক্রান্ত এক মহিলা, তার হাত ভেঙে গেছে বলে জানা যায়। ঘটনা প্রসিঙ্গে জানা যায়, কাঁকসার এক বেসরকারি কারখানায় কাজ করত উজ্জ্বল ঘোষ। অভিযোগ, ভোটের আগে এক বেসরকারি কারখানার মালিকেব কাছে অনবোধ কবে কাজে ঢুকেছিল উজ্জ্বল। ভোটের পর ঠিকাদারকে ভয় দেখিয়ে স্থানীয় বেশ কিছু তৃণমূল নেতা উজ্জ্বলকে কাজ থেকে বসিয়ে দেয় বলে অভিযোগ। এরপর স্থানীয় বিজেপি নেতৃত্বের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ শুরু করেন উজ্জ্বল বাব। উদ্দেশ্য কাজটা ফের ফিরে পাওয়ার, আর এতেই বারে অশান্তি। পরিবারের অভিযোগ, ভোটে তৃণমূল দল জেতার পর থেকেই ছেলের কাজ ফিরে পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা এক্কেবারে চলে যায়। উল্টে, পরিবারের ওপর চলে নানারকম মানসিক অত্যাচার যা চরমে পৌঁছয় বহস্পতিবার রাতে। এদিন, উজ্জ্বল মুচিপাড়া থেকে নিজের বাঁশকোপায় বাড়িতে

ফিরছিল, হঠাৎই বাঁশকোপা টোল প্লাজার কাছে তাপস ঘোষ-সহ স্থানীয় বেশ কয়েকজন তৃণমূল কর্মী তার বাইক আটকিয়ে তাকে মারধর করে বলে অভিযোগ। কোনোরকমে গাডি সেখানেই ফেলে ঘরে চলে আসে সে। কিন্তু, এতেও শেষ রক্ষা হয়নি। উজ্জলের ঘর ঘিরে ধরে শুরু হয় কটুক্তি। উজ্জ্বলকে দুষ্কৃতীদের হাত থেকে বাঁচাতে গিয়ে আক্রান্ত হয় তার স্ত্রী ও এক আত্মীয়। হাত ভেঙে যায় উজ্জ্বল ঘোষের স্ত্রীর। বৃকে আঘাত পান উজ্জল ঘোষের এক আত্মীয়। দর্গাপর মহকমা হাসপাতালে দ'জনকে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে। অভিযুক্ত তৃণমূল কর্মীদের হাত থেকে রেহাই পায়নি উজ্জ্বলের বৃদ্ধ বাবা মা। অভিযোগ, হাসপাতাল নিয়ে আসার জন্য গাড়িকে গ্রামে ঢুকতে দেয়নি অভিযুক্ত তৃণমূল কৰ্মীরা। শেষে পলিশ এসে হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যায়

------------------------------------ জেলা সহ সভাপতি রমন শর্মার অভিযোগ, শ্রেফ বিজেপি করার অপরাধে এই পরিবারের ওপর অত্যাচার শুরু হয়েছে। অবিলম্বে দোষীদের গ্রেপ্তারের দাবি জানিয়েছে বিজেপি নেতৃত্ব। দলীয় কর্মীদের বিরুদ্ধে ওঠা যাবতীয় অভিযোগ অস্বীকার করেছেন কাঁকসা ব্লক তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস সভাপতি দেবদাস বক্সী। শুধ কাঁকসার বাঁশকোপা গ্রাম নয়, দর্গাপররের কাদারোড এলাকায় এক বিজেপি কর্মীকে মারধর করার অভিযোগ উঠেছে। আহত বিজেপি কর্মীর মাথা ফেটে যাওয়ায় তাকেও দুর্গাপুর মহকুমা হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে। এই ক্ষেত্রেও আহত ওই বিজেপি কর্মীর অভিযোগ তৃণমূল আশ্রিত দুষ্কৃতীদের দিকে। পৃথক দুই ঘটনায় এখন টানটান রাজনৈতিক উত্তেজনা শহর দর্গাপুরে।

নিজস্ব প্রতিবেদন, কাঁকসা: কাঁকসার কেটেন গ্রামে এক গৃহস্থের বাড়িতে দুঃসাহসিক চরির ঘটনা ঘটল শুক্রবার। চুরির ঘটনাকে ঘিরে গোটা এলাকা জডে চাঞ্চল্য ছডিয়ে পডে।

পুলিশকে খবর দেওয়া হলে ঘটনাস্থলে আসে কাঁকসা থানার পলিশ। জানা গিয়েছে, বিশ্বজিৎ ঠাকর নামের ওই ব্যক্তির বাডিতে সকাল দশটার সময় বাডির দরজার তালা ভেঙে চোরের দল বাডির ভেতর ঢকে দটি আলমারি ভেঙে নগদ ৫০ হাজার টাকা ও কয়েক ভরি সোনার গয়না নিয়ে চম্পট দেয়। ঘটনার সময় বিশ্বজিৎ ঠাকর ও তার স্ত্রী বাড়ির বাইরে ছিলেন। সেই সুযোগে চোরের দল বাড়ির ভিতরে ঢুকে চুরি করে পালায়। দুপুর বেলায় বাড়ি ফিরে এসে তাঁরা দেখেন বাডির দরজা ভাঙা এবং সমস্ত কিছু তছনছ হয়ে পড়ে আছে। ঘটনার তদন্ত শুরু করেছে কাঁকসা থানার পুলিশ।

নিজম্ব প্রতিবেদন, রায়গঞ্জ: রাজ্য সরকারের আদিবাসী উন্নয়নের ছোঁয়া পৌঁছয়নি রায়গঞ্জ শহর সংলগ্ন সোহারই মোড়ের এক আদিবাসী পরিবারে। সেই ছবিই ধরা পড়ল আমাদের ক্যামেরায়। দুই কন্যা সন্তান নিয়ে অনাহার আর অর্ধাহারে অসুস্থ অবস্থায় চরম কষ্টে পড়ে রয়েছেন বছর ছাপ্পান্নের গুরুতর অসুস্থ বিধবা আদিবাসী মহিলা বাহামণি হেমৱম। দুই পায়ে গোদ নিয়ে চিকিৎসাহীন অবস্থায় অনাহারে দিন কাটাচ্ছেন গোটা পরিবার। স্থানীয় পঞ্চায়েত কর্তৃপক্ষ বিষয়টি জানলেও কিছু সুরাহা করতে

পারেননি। কেন, তার উত্তর নেই! স্থানীয় বাসিন্দারাও আশায় রয়েছেন যদি কোনও স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংস্থা বা সরকারি পরিষেবা পায় দুর্দশাগুস্ত আদিবাসী পরিবারটি।

বেশ কয়েক বছর আগে সাইকেল মেকার স্বামীকে হারিয়েছেন রায়গঞ্জ শহর সংলগ্ন সোহারই এলাকার বাসিন্দা অসুস্থ বাহামণি হেমৱম। বৰ্তমানে দুই কন্যা সন্তান একজন বাসন্তী বেসরা সুভাষগঞ্জ বালিকা বিদ্যালয়ের এবার উচ্চমাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার্থী আর অপরজন ওই স্কলেরই নবম শ্রেণির ছাত্রী ঝুমা বেসরা।

একমাত্র রোজগেরে ছেলে গাড়ি চালকের কাজ করে। সে পরিবার ছেড়ে অন্যত্র চলে গিয়েছে। দুই মেয়ে নিয়ে বাহামণি হেমব্রমের আয় বলতে কিছুই নেই। প্রায় দিনই অনাহারে কাটাতে হয় তাদের। পড়াশোনার খরচ চালানো তো দূর অস্ত। এদিকে বাহামণি হেমব্রমের দ'পায়ের গোদ বেড়েই চলেছে, চিকিৎসা করানোর মতো অবস্থাও নেই। অসস্থ আদিবাসী বৃদ্ধা বাহামণি হেমব্রম বলেন, প্রায় ২৫ বছর ধরে এই রোগে ভূগছেন তিনি। এখানকার চিকিৎসকেরা বলেছেন বাইরে গিয়ে চিকিৎসা করাতে।

সেই সামৰ্থ্য তাঁর নেই। এখন সংসারে আয় বলে কিছু নেই। কিভাবে দুবেলা পেটের ভাত জোগার করব আর কিভাবেই বা চিকিৎসা করাব বা মেয়ে দুটোর পড়াশোনা চালাব? গ্রামের বাড়ি বাড়ি সার্ভে করতে গিয়ে এই পরিবারটির খোঁজ পেয়েছিলেন সরকারি সার্ভে টিম।

কর্পোরেট অ্যাফেয়ার্স মন্ত্রক দ্বারা জারিকৃত বিজ্ঞপ্তি দ্বারা এবং যা চালু হয়েছিল ৭ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০১৬ তারিখে ইনভেস্টার এডুকেশন অ্যান্ড প্রোটেকশন ফান্ড অথরিটি (অ্যাকাউন্টিং, অডিট, ট্রান্সফার অ্যান্ড রিফান্ড) আইন ২০১৬ এবং তৎপরবর্তী বিভিন্ন পরিবর্তিত ধারা অনুযায়ী (''দি রুলস'' হিসাবে চিহ্নিত) এই বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রদান করা হচ্ছে।

যেসকল শেয়ার আর্থিক বর্ষ ২০২১-২০২২ সময়ে আইইপিএফ খাতে জমা করা হবে তার ব্যক্তিগত বিজ্ঞপ্তি শেয়ারহোল্ডারগণকে প্রেরণ করেছেন।

যেসমস্ত সভ্যগণের শেয়ার আইইপিএফ খাতে হস্তান্তর হবে তার বর্ণনা কোম্পানির কাছে রয়েছে এবং তা ওয়েবসাইট www.msumindia.com -তে পাওয়া যাবে। শেয়ারহোল্ডারগণকে যাচাই করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্চেছ।

কোম্পানি শেয়ারহোল্ডারগণকে যাদের অর্থ আইইপিএফ-এর ডিম্যাট অ্যাকাউন্টে হস্তান্তর করা হবে তাদের জানিয়েছে। যদি একবার শেয়ার হস্তান্তর হয়ে থাকে আইইপিএফ খাতে সেক্ষেত্রে শেয়ার সম্পর্কিত সুবিধা আইইপিএফ খাতে জমা হবে এবং নিম্নবৰ্ণিত পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী আইইপিএফ থেকে পাওয়া যেতে পারে।

শেয়ারহোল্ডারগণ যাদের ফিজিক্যাল আকারে শেয়ার রয়েছে এবং তা আইইপিএফ খাতে পরিবর্তিত হবে তারা লক্ষ্য করবেন যে পরিবর্তনের পর মূল শেয়ার সার্টিফিকেট যা তাদের নামে নথিভুক্তকৃত ছিল তা বাতিল করা হবে এবং হস্তান্তর করা যাবে না। শেয়ারহোল্ডারগণ কোম্পানি তাদের ওয়েবসাইটে যা নথিভুক্ত করেছেন তা লক্ষ্য করতে বলা হচ্ছে এবং কোম্পানি দ্বারা এই বিজ্ঞপ্তি আইন অনুযায়ী আইইপিএফ খাতে জমার

৯ অক্টোবর, ২০২১ তারিখে বা তার পূর্বে যদি শেয়ারহোল্ডারগণের কাছ থেকে কোনওরকম যোগাযোগ কোম্পানি গ্রহণ না করে থাকেন সেক্ষেত্রে কোম্পানি দি রুলস অনুযায়ী আইইপিএফ খাতে শেয়ার জমা করবেন।
