Network and GPT sign outdoor advertising agreement

Outdoor advertising operator Network Limited ('Network') has signed a long term advertising agreement with the GPT Group ('GPT').

The agreement with GPT provide for the exclusive development of external medium and large format outdoor advertising signs within the shopping centre properties managed by GPT nationwide.

Network will have access to GPT managed maior shopping centres such as Carlingford Court. Casuarina Square, Charlestown Square, Chirnside Park, Dandenong Plaza, Floreat Forum, Forestway, Parkmore and Wollongong Central, plus GPT's future major development at Rouse Hill. The agreement also includes 11 Homemaker City Centres located in south-east Queensland. Melbourne and Sydney.

The first of the large format signs have just been installed at Floreat Forum, one of Perth's major AB demographic regions with little to no other outdoor signs. Other DA applications have also been lodged with local councils with the rest well into the development stage. Construction of the next tranche of sites is anticipated to begin in 2006.
