APPPOINTMENT OF PETER JOSEPH TO THE BOARD OF GPT MANAGEMENT LIMITED

31 March 2003

We are delighted to announce that Peter Joseph has agreed to join the Board of GPT Management Limited. Peter's skills and experience as a career investment banker and an experienced company director will add considerably to the GPT Board.

Peter will replace Bill Cairns, who will be retiring from the GPT Board after the Annual Meeting of Unitholders to be held on 29 April 2003. In accordance with our usual practise, we will seek the endorsement of unitholders to Peter's appointment at the Annual Meeting of Unitholders.
