RESULTS OF MEETING OF UNITHOLDERS

At a meeting of General Property Trust unitholders yesterday, each of the three resolutions proposed were passed by the requisite majority of unitholders.

Two of the resolutions related to the re-appointment of Mr Malcolm Latham as Director and the appointment of Mr Peter Joseph to the Board. The third resolution approved an amendment to the GPT Constitution.

Mr Bill Cairns retired as a Director of GPT today.
