The GPT Group – End of Takeover Offer Period and Securityholder Information
The offer period for the takeover bid by GPT RE Limited (ACN 107 426 504) as Responsible Entity of General Property Trust (ARSN 090 110 357) and GPT Management Holdings Limited (ACN 113 510 188) (together, the GPT Group ) (ASX:GPT) for up to all of the units in Commonwealth Property Office Fund (ARSN: 086 029 736) (ASX:CPA) closed as at 7:00pm Sydney time on 24 January 2014.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.4.1, the GPT Group provides the following information:

a distribution schedule as set out in ASX Listing Rule 4.10.7; and

the names of, and percentages held by, the 20 largest securityholders of the GPT Group as set out in ASX Listing Rule 4.10.9.
