Re: Appendix 3Y - Change of Director’s Interest

Attached is an Appendix 3Y for Mr Gene Tilbrook in respect of GPT Securities acquired in March this year.

The failure to lodge an Appendix 3Y within the required time frame was due to oversight in advising of the acquisition and a report from GPT’s registry notifying of a change in directors’ interests not being passed onto Group Secretariat.

The Directors are aware of and understand their obligations under Listing Rule 3.19A.

The Company confirms that is had revised its existing procedures in relation to the notification of director’s interests to ensure that future lodgements are in accordance with the Listing Rules.
