Re: Appendix 3Y – Change of Director’s Interest

Please find attached Appendix 3Y for Dr Kenneth Moss following the allotment of securities to Dr Moss on 28 November 2008 pursuant to GPT’s Rights Issue dated 24 October 2008.

Dr Moss notified the Company of his participation in the Rights Issue in sufficient time to allow the Company to notify the ASX within the time required under the listing rules.

Relevant notifications for all other directors who participated in the Rights Issue were provided to the ASX within the stipulated timeframes.

The failure to lodge an Appendix 3Y for Dr Moss was due to administrative oversight in checking all lodged notifications against those directors who had participated in the capital raising. The Company identified this failure as part of its internal audit processes.

The Company confirms that it has revised its existing procedures in relation to the notification of Directors’ Interests to ensure that this failure is not repeated.
