ACTIVATION OF THE DISTRIBUTION REINVESTMENT PLAN

The GPT Group (GPT) is pleased to announce the activation of the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) which will allow eligible securityholders to reinvest all or part of their distributions into GPT securities.

All GPT securityholders who have a registered address in Australia or New Zealand are eligible to participate in the DRP for securities held on the relevant distribution record date.

Eligible securityholders may elect to have all or part of their distributions paid in GPT securities in accordance with the DRP rules. Securities provided under the DRP will be free of brokerage, commissions, stamp duty or other transaction costs.

GPT recently advised that it had amended the rules of the DRP. A full copy of the amended rules is available on GPT’s website, www.gpt.com.au .

If you would like to participate in the DRP for the upcoming distribution and also future distributions, it is necessary to make your election by no later than 5.00pm (Sydney time), 1 July 2015, in either of the following ways:

• Going online to www.linkmarketservices.com.au and making your election; or

• By completing the enclosed DRP Application or Variation Form and returning it in the reply paid envelope provided.

If you do not wish to participate in the DRP, you do not need to do anything and you will continue to receive distributions as you have nominated.

Please note that any application made prior to 27 March 2015 has been cancelled and a new election must be made if you would like to participate in the DRP.
