March Quarter Distribution
Following the announcement of a one for one Entitlement Offer announced on 7 May 2009, participation in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) has been suspended, effective immediately, and will not apply to the March quarter distribution which will be paid on 29 May 2009.
As you are currently participating in the DRP you will receive a cheque for your March quarter distribution. If you wish to receive future distribution payments by direct credit, please contact GPT’s Registry on 1800 025 095. Please note that revised payment instructions will not be effective for the March quarter distribution but will apply to distributions thereafter.
Entitlement Offer
Investors will have the opportunity to acquire further securities through the Entitlement Offer, which will open on 18 May 2009.
Details of the Offer will be mailed to all investors in the week of 18 May 2009.
