Exchangeable Securities Conversion Price

The GPT Group today announced that a revised conversion price for the $250 million perpetual exchangeable securities issued to GIC Real Estate (GIC RE) on 28 November 2008 has been determined following the completion of the $1.7 billion capital raising announced in May 2009.

Under the terms of the agreement, the conversion price has been reviewed and determined as $0.7766.
