ADMISSION TO OFFICIAL LIST

GPT Management Holdings Limited was admitted to the Official List of Australian Stock Exchange Limited on Friday, 3 June 2005.

Official Quotation of the following securities will commence at the start of trading on Friday, 3 June 2005 on a deferred settlement basis under the name General Property Group.

2,016,716,610

ordinary shares fully paid stapled on a one for one basis to units in General Property Trust.

It is expected the stapled securities will commence trading on a normal (T+3) basis on Monday, 20 June 2005 (under ASX Code: GPT) after despatch of holding statements by Friday, 17 June 2005.
