Company Secretary Appointment

The GPT Group (‘GPT’) announces that as previously advised on 20 January 2022 Marissa Bendyk has been appointed as General Counsel and Company Secretary of GPT. With this role Marissa has been appointed as company secretary of GPT Management Holdings Limited and GPT RE Limited effective 26 April 2022.

Marissa Bendyk and Emma Lawler will be jointly responsible under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX regarding Listing Rule matters.

With the appointment of Marissa Bendyk, James Coyne has resigned as company secretary effective 25 April 2022.
