Appointment of Additional Company Secretary

The GPT Group ( GPT ) advises that Emma Lawler has been appointed and Lisa Bau has resigned as an additional company secretary of GPT RE Limited and GPT Management Holdings Limited. Each of these changes are effective 8 October 2021.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Emma Lawler will be jointly responsible with James Coyne, General Counsel and Company Secretary, for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
