GPT appoints Ms Tracey Horton AO as a Non-Executive Director
The GPT Group (GPT) today announced the appointment of Ms Tracey Horton as a NonExecutive Director. Ms Horton’s appointment will take effect from 1 May 2019.
Tracey has significant strategy, governance, risk management and remuneration experience, and is currently Chairman of Navitas and a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel, the national board of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Bain & Company WA Advisory Board. Tracey is also a Commissioner for Tourism Western Australia. Tracey’s prior board experience includes a wide range of listed, government and not-for-profit boards.
Tracey was previously a Winthrop Professor and Dean of the University of Western Australia's Business School. Prior to that she held executive and senior management roles with Bain & Company in North America, and in Australia with advisory firm Poynton and Partners and the Reserve Bank of Australia.
GPT Chairman Vickki McFadden said she was very pleased to welcome Tracey to the Board.

Tracey holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from Stanford University.
Ms Horton will stand for election at GPT’s AGM on 15 May 2019.
