Appointment of Non-Executive Director .

The GPT Group (GPT) today announced the appointment of Mark Menhinnitt as a NonExecutive Director with effect from 1 October 2019.

Mark has significant investment management, construction, development and urban regeneration experience in the real estate and infrastructure sectors, drawn from his 30 year career at Lend Lease.

GPT Chairman Vickki McFadden said “We welcome Mark to the GPT Board. Mark’s appointment continues our ongoing process of Board renewal and his depth of industry knowledge, gained both in Australia and overseas, will not only be of significant value but will also compliment the Board’s existing mix of skills and experience.”

Mark holds a Master's Degree in Applied Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Mark will stand for election at GPT’s AGM in May 2020.
