Retirement of Lim Swe Guan as Non-Executive Director

The GPT Group (“GPT” or “Group”) today announced that Mr Lim Swe Guan has advised the Board that he will retire from his role as a Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from the close of business 31 December 2019.

Mr Lim was appointed to the GPT Board in March 2015, having previously served as a NonExecutive Director of GPT from April 2009 to May 2012 as a nominee of GIC. During his current term, Mr Lim has served as a member of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and the Sustainability and Risk Committee.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Swe Guan for his valuable contribution to the Group and wish him well in his future endeavours.

GPT recently announced the appointment of Mark Menhinnitt as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 October 2019. Mark will stand for election at GPT’s AGM in May 2020.
