Elizabeth Nosworthy
GPT announced today that, following Elizabeth Nosworthy’s appointment as Chairman of Babcock & Brown Limited, Ms Nosworthy has decided to step down from the GPT Board effective immediately.
Ms Nosworthy has made a major contribution to GPT for more than 10 years. Ms Nosworthy has for many years been a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee and more recently a member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee.
“Elizabeth is a most capable company director. Her wisdom and experience as well as her spirit and commitment to the interests of GPT’s owners has made her a valued member of the Board for many years. We thank her for that. She will be missed” said Peter Joseph Chairman of GPT Group.
