Notification of 2022 Annual General Meeting Date

The GPT Group (‘GPT’) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Annual General Meeting of GPT Management Holdings Limited and the Annual General Meeting of the General Property Trust (the Meetings ) will be held on Wednesday 11 May 2022. Further details regarding the Meetings will be released to the ASX in April 2022.

The closing date for receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday 18 March 2022.
