In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, we advise that the Annual General Meeting of GPT Management Holdings Limited and the Annual General Meeting of the General Property Trust will be held on Thursday, 13 May 2021.

The closing date for receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 23 March 2021.
