GPI: SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION ON THE PURCHASE OF 100% OF MEDINFO GROUP

Trento, 29 May 2020

GPI (GPI:IM), a leading company in IT Solutions and Healthcare and Social Services, listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana, in addition to the press release about the signing for the purchase of 100% of the MEDINFO Group, wired 28 May 2020, states that the Net debt of the seller at signing, is not relevant for the assessment of the transaction value and in any case, it is not significant in relation to the Net debt of Gpi Group.

Consideration of the transaction will be net of the Net debt as calculated at closing, the variation being considered of scarce relevance with reference to its value at signing.
