CERVED RATING AGENCY CONFIRMS GPI'S "A3.1" PUBLIC RATING

Trento, 27 December 2022

GPI (GPI:IM), a company listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange ("EXM"), leader in Information Systems and Services for Health and Social Care, announces that Cerved Rating Agency – the Italian agency specialised in rating the creditworthiness of non-financial companies and the issue of debt securities – confirmed Gpi's score of "A3.1".

The confirmation of the rating reflects the further improved financial results in the first half of 2022 and a financial and capital structure that remains balanced at 30 June 2022, albeit with cash-outs from dividend distributions and M&A transactions. Considering the scenario in the sector of reference, which is not affected by the current unfavourable economic situation, Cerved Rating Agency estimates constant organic and external growth during the next few years, while maintaining a balanced financial and capital structure, thanks to the robust expected cash flows and financial resources obtained in 2022 (capital increase and restructuring of borrowings).
