GPI: THE UPDATED ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION HAVE BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE COMPANIES REGISTER

GPI S.p.A. (GPI:IM), a company listed on the EXM market, leader in Information Systems and Services for Health and Social Care, following the communication dated 15 November, announces that today the updated version of the Articles of Association has been registered with the Trento Companies Register, with the amendments approved during the Shareholders' Meeting held on 15 November 2024.
