Loan Agreements Extension

Gowin announces that it has extended the repayment date of its unsecured Loan Agreements with four shareholders (the "Loan Agreement") who have supported the Company's development by providing funding for its general working capital purposes. The Company agreed with all four shareholders the terms of the Loan Agreements will remain the same with the exception of the extension of the repayment dates as follows:
