COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
Mintails has today received an updated Offer from Mr Seager Rex Harbour.
The Board of Mintails is currently considering the updated Offer. Mintails will lodge a Supplementary Target’s Statement as soon as possible.
You are urged not to take any action until that Supplementary Target’s Statement is lodged.
The current recommendation by the Responding Directors is that you should Reject the Offer.
