CORPORATE UPDATE AND BOARD CHANGES
Orminex Limited (‘ Orminex’ or ‘the Company’ ; ASX: ONX) provides the following update in relation to the Company.
Effective immediately, Mr Daryl Henthorn has tendered his resignation as Executive Chairman of Orminex. Mr Henthorn will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
The Board would like to thank Mr Henthorn for his contribution as Executive Chairman of Orminex.
In addition, the Board has resolved to:

Rotate the role of Chairman and executive responsibilities on an interim basis amongst current Directors until a replacement executive is appointed by the Board; and

Cease all and any payments to Directors for a period of 6 months.
