On June 15, 2018, Laura Thompson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (the "Company"), announced her retirement, effective by March 31, 2019. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing Ms. Thompson’s retirement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
