DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on 9th April, 2025 of a number of transactions in which Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin and Mr. B. R.E Goodwin are interested.

The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be so).

Details of Notifiable Transactions

Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin

1.   438 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on the 7th April 2025,  328 ordinary shares at a price of £60.50 per share and 110 ordinary shares at a price of £67.20 per share.

2.   390 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased by Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's wife, Mrs. S. Goodwin on the 7th April 2025, 311 ordinary shares at a price of £63.95 per share and 79 ordinary shares at a price of £67.20 per share.

3.   147 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased for  Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's son, Master Goodwin, at a price of £60.6893 per share on 7th April 2025.

4.   147 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased for Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's daughter, Miss O Goodwin, at a price of £60.80 per share on 7th April, 2025.

5.   146 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased for Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's daughter, Miss W Goodwin, at a price of £61.00 per share on 7th April, 2025.

Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin

1.   970 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were sold on the 9th April 2025, 633 ordinary shares at a price of £60.20 per share and 337 ordinary shares at a price of £59.52 per share.

2.   487 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on the 9th April 2025,  329 ordinary shares at a price of £60.29 per share, 136 ordinary shares at a price of £60.69 per share and 22 ordinary shares at a price of £60.00 per share.

3.   361 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased by Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's wife, Mrs. H. Goodwin on the 7th April 2025 at a price of £62.30 per share.

4.   160 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased for Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's son, Master Goodwin on the 9th April 2025, 147 ordinary shares at a price of £60.30 per share and 13 ordinary shares  at a price of £60.00 per share. 

5.   163 shares were purchased for Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's daughter, Miss Goodwin on the 9th April, 2025, 147 ordinary shares at a price of £60.30 per share and 16 ordinary shares at a price of £60.00 per share.
