On 31st May 2023 3,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased by Mr. R. S. Goodwin at a price of £45.00 per share.  This transaction took place on the LSE.

On 31st May 2023 J. M. Securities Ltd., a company in which J. W. Goodwin and R. S. Goodwin have a beneficial interest, purchased a total of 24,124 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at the closing mid-market price of £46.15 per share from the following persons:
