Mr. R.S. Goodwin

1.   2,991 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on 21st December 2022 into his SIPP account 1,801 ordinary shares at a price of £33.30 per share and 1,190 ordinary shares at a price of £33.60 per share.
