PRELIMINARY ANNOUNCEMENT UPDATE

Goodwin PLC historically has released the Preliminary Announcement for the results for the year ending 30 April by the end of July /beginning of August each year.

The Company has been working diligently to meet such expectations whilst managing the significant changes in our reporting due to the required IFRS 15 accounting policies to provide a transparent like for like comparison with the prior year.

The Company would like to thank our Auditors KPMG LLP for the assistance provided in helping us through these changes and all stakeholders for their patience, as these changes will likely result in over a 15% increase in the contents of our Directors Report.

The Preliminary Announcement will be made on the 22 August 2019.
